I am currently waiting for an answer from PLT to know how to localize
our software efficently - the main concern being encodings and changes
from v2xx to v3xx.

Depending on how they really plan to use Unicode in the next version of
PLT Scheme, I will either use SRFI 29 or adapt an existing gettext
bindings for MzScheme.

Anyway, I am still willing to fix SRFI 29, abeilt I will not work on it
right now in the latter case. Getting access to either CVS repository
should not be necessary as the code is not very long and the fix could
be discussed, for example, on this mailing-list.
