I'm really sorry about that.  I had tested editing on my home machine, but
then when I installed it on the cookbook server and the pages appeared, I
assumed it was working and didn't test editing.  The configuration
differences turned out to be a problem.

Mozilla and Firefox are much better at that.  They keep the stuff you enter
in textareas so you can reliably press the back button and get them back.  I
find this invaluable for the Cookbook, too.

I found that it works really easily, with no configuration, if you run it
the way the README describes.  However, getting it to run under an existing
PLT web server instance currently seems to be broken.  I don't know anything
about the PLT servlet configuration API, but if there's a way to get access
to the host-root variable, Moshi could probably be made to work in any
directory quite easily.  I'll take a look.
