Indeed. This IE "feature" has had the consequence that I in the
CookBook as a general rule always accept any changes, even though I
see something wrong in the preview. Then I edit the page once more
afterwards.

I did notice that "back" worked sometimes, but I didn't realize it was
because I sometimes use Mozilla in stead of IE.

That's what I tried. I wanted to put it on scheme.dk, which already
runs the PLT server.
