FYI, the Cookbook server is offline right now - I'm investigating. Seems to be a problem with the hosting provider. I'll report when I know more. As it happens, I've been planning to switch providers anyway, to a company which will give me more bandwidth and better support. I may now make that switch sooner rather than later. BTW, any email won't reach me at my normal address until this problem is resolved.
