Cookbook update

Hi all, All chapters in the cookbook that are linked from the TOC and contain recipes (so not the Introduction etc. chapters) have been converted to the new chapter structure. So it is safe to start adding recipes again. I know several of you have been making the world safe for LtU so perhaps that is why traffic has been low on the Cookbook. If you know of any chapters that are linked to the TOC and should be converted please let me know. The PLT folks have been talking about starting a wiki to support PLaneT, so I pointed out our efforts to them. What is left before releasing this to the big bad world? I think: - better documentation on how to contribute (it is probably all out of date by now) Can't think of anything else that is essential.
