I was thinking of staggering the announcements to avoid getting completely swamped (with editorial work as much as using up bandwidth). Not sure what order to annouce to #scheme, c.l.s and plt-scheme though. Probably #scheme (low-traffic) then plt-scheme, then c.l.s.
