RE: New code / the Cookbook / WordUp (in your hood)!

A bit behind schedule, but I finally got the shorter URLs fully operational
on the new server (much better than they are on the current server).  All
URLs, including those generated by TWiki, will be the shorter version now,
and will no longer ever contain "/twiki/bin", so they're much more
human-friendly.

I'm going to do the final switch when I wake up on Saturday.
