Testing new server

Keep in mind that the new server is a completely new setup - different OS
version, web server version, Perl version, SpeedyCGI has been added, and
there are other configuration differences like the shorter URLs.  It's quite
possible that there'll be some issues that I didn't notice during my own
testing.

In particular, when editing, for the first few times at least, it's worth
double-checking the edited pages carefully, that nothing has disappeared or
been otherwise mangled.

If anything looks wrong, just let me know.
