We've been over the same ground just weeks ago for scsh.  I wouldn't
worry over this until they've resolved the issue.

Well, I assumed this would inherit PLT's license.

I think that's a special case; Guile uses the reference implementation
as well.  I seem to remember they asked Will Fitzgerald.
