Licences

I believe what we want the licence to say (informally) is:

   * you cannot make money off the Cookbook without our 
     permission
   * you can do whatever you want with your contributions  
   
     except as above
   * the entire work is LGPL except as above

So I'm going to twiddle the licence to say that.
