Hi all,

I've been (and still am) busy today so unfortunately cannot
contribute to the debate as much as I would like.

Firstly, good to see debate on this topic. It has helped
to clarify some issues in my mind. I believe Anton's
suggestion is the best so far and offers a reasonable level
of protection for a publisher while still allowing very
liberal use of the content. I wonder if there will be the
need to reserve any rights as I expect producing a
publishable book would involve enough editorial work to
essentially contribute a new work, but it will be much
easier to make the licence more liberal in the future than
it will be to make it more restrictive. So we should
reserve what we see as reasonable rights until a publishing
deal is worked out or publishing appears infeasible.

Yeah, doesn't hurt.
