I don't think so.  PLaneT is a target for releases, so
should be just another step in the build process, in
addition to creating normal .plts.   Speaking of the build
process the LShift guys were working on a make in Scheme
(called sake).  Unfortunately that project has ground to a
halt but it would be a neat toy to build on top of, say,
Kanren.  Of course Make already does the job...
