OK. Based on what Noel wrote, I'll announce it on c.l.s. tomorrow (Tuesday). Re the copyright & license, for now I'll make the clarifications I mentioned in our recent discussion. My guess is that given that the Cookbook has already been announced on #scheme, plt-scheme, and LtU, we're not going to suddenly get a flood of new content, and the legal issues won't change overnight. Any change in the terms is presumably going to require author's consent anyway. I, like Noel, will "trust in human reasonableness to overcome problems later", also bearing in mind that it's much easier to relax the terms later, than make them stronger.
