I haven't added a test for that. I understand the problem, and I have an
opinion about how to fix it, but it involves changing the syntax of test
suites and test macros. The basic problem is that the macro that looks to
expose 'setup and 'teardown is too coarse with the syntax
reconstruction--this leads to problems with make-test-suite* as well as
no Check Syntax arrows being drawn inside of test cases. More in a
separate post.

I looked at that, and it doesn't seem too hard. I just didn't feel like
getting into it at the moment.

Have you used (lib "make.ss")? We could try that. Or I suppose we could
write regular makefiles. I think the right solution is metaprogramming,
but the macro system doesn't seem to have the stuff we need this time.
