We've had problems with link spamming on the Cookbook.
Requiring registration to contribute (a minimal process)
looks like the only way to effectively control this.  For
those who can't be bothered to contribute, there is always
email ;-)  I think a special area for unregistered users
would be nice but I can't see anyone having the time to add
it.

That would probably be useful to some people, and I think
it would be easy to support.  I'll think about it.  We
could also mark recipes at v20x vs v300.
