Under what copyright or license have you released your code?

My particular project at the moment is a commercial project, and so I
am able to use code covered by the LGPL, but not the GPL.

The PLT code has a LGPL license.  Under the LGPL license, you have the
option of taking LGPL code and releasing it under the stronger GPL.

Thus for your port of PLT's etc.ss of list.ss, you have the choice of
whether you want to permit your port to be used in non-free programs
(the LGPL) or not (the GPL).
