SRFI 34 38 39 40 45 ported

SRFI 34 40 45 were ported by me and now in schematics
CVS. SRFI 38 39 are supported by MzScheme by default
and loaders were built.

For test, the SRFI 34 and 45 porting can pass all the
test/example mentioned in the original SRFI document.
TestSuite for SRFI 40 is in schematics CVS too.

The doc.txt file was also updated.
