port of SchemeUnit assert to SISC

I've completed an initial port of SchemeUnit's assert.ss to SISC.

In SISC, DATUM->SYNTAX-OBJECT has to be passed a syntax object
generated by (syntax ...) as its first argument.  Thus in
DEFINE-ASSERTION I changed (datum->syntax-object stx ...) to
(datum->syntax-object #'define-assertion ...).

mzcompatibility.scm now implements an ad-hoc version of EXN-MESSAGE.

I went back and renamed the test assertion exceptions back to the
names that they have in the original SchemeUnit source code for
MzScheme.  I became more aware of the cost of having divergent source
code, and in this case I wasn't seeing any real need or benefit to use
SRFI-35 style names.
