You can delete the second part of the test (the let-struct and
everything inside of it). I don't know whether the first half is
reasonable to keep or not---I don't remember whether paths are
considered 3D syntax or not.

I just put out a new planet package based on the CVS code. It contains a
couple macro bug fixes, a couple gui display improvements, and maybe a
fix to the Windows bug (depending on whether paths are considered 3D
syntax and depending on how mzscheme loads files).
