Cookbook domain resolution issues (fixed)

FYI, the Scheme Cookbook has been experiencing intermittent domain 
resolution issues over the past few days, due to a serious problem with 
the domain registrar, Joker.com.  Joker claims to be experiencing 
massive DDoS attacks on their name servers.

This isn't the first time Joker has had problems -- in December, they 
had multiple outages lasting a few hours at a time, with no explanation 
or response to support requests.

In the interests of maximizing my sanity, I've switched the registrar 
for all of the Scheme Cookbook related domains, and the problems are now 
resolved.
