More srfis

Sorry for the test message -- I couldn't find the mailing list so I
went through gmane.

I see that Chongkai is committing new srfis -- and there are two that
were sent and nothing done with them so far: one is in a bug report:

and the other is in an email.  If anyone is maintaining it, mail me
and I'll send you the other code.  It would be good to do it now,
since we're preparing for a new major release.  (Please CC me for
obvious reasons.)
