gui for schemeunit 3

I've ported the GUI to the latest version of SchemeUnit in SVN.

I'm a little confused about the version numbering. PLaneT shows only one
version (2 0), but there's are tags for both "3.0" and "3.1" in the
repository. If version "3.1" is considered released, I need to change
something in the doc.txt file.
