New Schematics web pages

I've finally had another go at updating the Schematics web pages.  Current prototype is here:

  http://schematics.sourceforge.net/new/index.html

If you have any comments please let me know.  Points that come to mind:

  - Whilst I'm sure you're all rolling in the aisles over my witty prose, might it be confusing for non-native speakers?

  - I need some more project descriptions (and I need to correct the name of spgsql).

  - Is it obvious enough that Planet is the primary distribution mechanism, and most of the code for download from SF it out-of-date?
