I realized that the web page was presumably referring to a per-directory
configuration, so of course is already selective in that it only forwards
requests for that directory.  I was thinking in terms of the global Apache
config, since what I'd probably do is set up a virtual server to correspond
to moshi and put the rewrite instruction there.
