serialization of math/array

About two years ago I asked about the possibility to serialize math/array arrays: http://lists.racket-lang.org/users/archive/2014-July/063410.html Out of the box math arrays still result in #f when calling serializable?. I am wondering if there is any solution I could use to serialize at least arrays of float numbers.
