I've "ported" (small changes only) and prepackaged Tiny-CLOS for Scsh.

You can download the package from

   http://home.tiscali.de/emilio.lopes/scheme/

See the README file for further instructions.  You'll need Scsh
and the Scsh Installation Library to use this.
