Yes.  (Or at least for Scheme 48.  Remaining adjustments should be trivial.)

But this was a few months ago---the package may have moved on, and I
couldn't find an arrangement with Kirill that would allow me to
maintain it effectively.  I'd be happy to send you what I have (and
even happier if you would take over maintaining it)---it should at
least significantly reduce the work needed to get you started.  Just
let me know.
