SXML libraries for Scsh

I've prepackaged the following libraries for Scsh:

 * SXPath: Oleg Kiselyov's SXPath library

 * sxml->xml: small function to transform SXML into XML

Both are available from

   http://home.tiscali.de/emilio.lopes/scheme/scheme.html

You need the SSAX library installed to use them.  A Scsh package for
SSAX can be obtained from

   http://lamp.epfl.ch/~schinz/scsh_packages/
