scsh and scheme48 w/Fink

Using fink (and I would imagine any other package management system) to 
install both scheme48 and scsh will fail because both want to install 
the file <finkdir>/include/scheme48.h (and I assume they are not 
identical since scsh runs on an older, heavily modified scheme48).  I 
don't know of a work around, but it would be nice if these things could 
co-exist gracefully.
