Try http://ftp.scsh.net/pub/scsh/contrib/ instead.
(Just now the ftp server doesn't respond at all to ftp on the cmd line.)

The sunterlib was intended as such a bundle.
Besides, Michel Schinz' package facility eases the installation of  
scsh libs.
