Manual is now available in Texinfo

I've recently finished converting the 0.6.7 manual to Texinfo format.
As part of that work, I've had to make some minor formatting changes to
get Texinfo to play nicely.  I've also done a fair amount of copyediting
during the course of the conversion (meaning: *only* fixing typos, etc.,
don't worry! :-} ).

It builds nicely as Info, PDF, and all that jazz.  The PDF even has
working links.  You can get it from Github here:
