I have not been able to reach Ken Dickey, author of this SRFI, for this or
earlier issues.  Therefore, I've added a description of this issue, with a
link to our discussion, to the errata

48.  I did apply the patches that Shiro Kawai and I prepared, though, since
they are in the implementation itself, not the normative parts of the
document.

If someone does fix the remaining issues, I'd be grateful if they
contributed the patches.
