make-parser export

Hi everyone,
  I've got a feature request for Andy Wingo (and other maintainers,
but I've only checked this out in Guile): It would be really handy if
you could export ssax:make-parser -- without it, there's no way
(correct me if I'm wrong) to change the behavior of the parser, like
adding custom handlers for DTDs, etc.  Any reason this isn't exported
already?
