SSAX documentation

I downloaded SSAX from PLaneT:

The documentation that comes with this package doesn't describe
ssax:make-parser, and the source file ssax-code.ss has been stripped
of all comments (and indentation).  I did a little hunting and
eventually found the original source on Sourceforge:

This has lots of documentation comments, but that file is 18 months
old.  Does this still correspond to the current PLaneT package?  Is
there a more friendly version of this documentation?
