Bob, did you mean ssax and sxml tools?

I recently tried them for PLT 360, and they work fine.

You can either install ssax and sxml tools from PLaneT:

(require (planet "ssax.ss" ("lizorkin" "ssax.plt" 1 3)))
(require (planet "sxml.ss" ("lizorkin" "sxml.plt" 1 4)))

or download them from sourceforge.net:
http://puzzle.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/ssax/ssax-sxml-060530.plt
In the latter case, view package release notes

for installation instructions.
