Hello!

It appears that SXML v3.0 is deemed satisfactory. I have
removed its draft status and updated all the copies of the
specification is the SSAX CVS repository and on the web:

	http://pobox.com/~oleg/ftp/Scheme/SXML.html
	http://pobox.com/~oleg/ftp/Scheme/SXML.scm
	http://pobox.com/~oleg/ftp/Scheme/SXML-paper.tex
	http://pobox.com/~oleg/ftp/papers/SXML-paper.pdf

	cvs: SSAX/docs/SXML.{scm,html}
	cvs: SSAX/docs/SXML-paper.tex

I have committed the necessary changes to SSAX.scm to bring it
up with the newly current version of SXML. I have also updated the
examples. To be more precise, the following examples were affected
by the format of annotations:
	validate-doctype-simple.scm
	sxml-db-conv.scm
	parent-pointers.scm
	daml-parse-unparse.scm

The example sxml-db-conv.scm used to be Bigloo-specific because it
relied on a (quite convenient) match-case form. When I was updating
the example I realized that there is no good reason to use this
form. So, I rewrote the code to replace match-case with tree
traversals. The code has become portable.

Speaking of examples, a couple of months ago I added

sxml-to-sxml.scm
Transforming SXML to SXML: Composing SXML transformations.
sxml-nesting-depth-label.scm
Labeling nested sections of an SXML document by
	their nesting depth.

which were previously discussed on the list. These examples are
portable (they run even on Petite Chez Scheme, among others). The
README in the directory SSAX/examples describes all the examples.

If the changes seem satisfactory, I'm inclined to tag the
content of the repository with RELEASE_4B.
