HtmlPrag 0.9

HtmlPrag 0.9 has been released.

This version adds HTML-encoding functionality, in addition to a few
other changes.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR HTMLPRAG USERS: I'm considering some significant
changes to HtmlPrag that might break its portability to your Scheme
implementation or cause namespace collisons with your code.  Please mail
me and ask to be added to the moderated "htmlprag-announce" email list,
where I will be polling users for input.  Also, future HtmlPrag versions
will probably be announced only on "htmlprag-announce", not on other
mailing lists nor on comp.lang.scheme.
