personal website redone in naive SXML

I redid my website using SXML. In retrospect, I defined a lot of Scheme
data and functions to transform this into HTML, when I should have
described the website using SXML and written a bunch of transformation
rules.
However, as a first cut, it was useful, because the transformation rules
stuff isn't working for me (next post to this list).
