Hello,

'generic-web-rules' is defined in SXML-to-HTML-ext.scm, which may be considered
as a stylesheet for Oleg's web pages.

It's not included in any .plt packages, but you can grab it from SF CVS:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ssax/SSAX/lib/SXML-to-HTML-ext.scm
