Please disregard them. They are normal. If the stylesheet finds rcs-id
and links properties in the Head collection, it creates some navigation
bar and formats the RCS id in a nice (to me) way at the end of the
document. If the stylesheet doesn't find the properties, it skips
creating the corresponding HTML markup. Warnings are there just as a
reminder of what could have been...
