oops: missing files in sbcl-0.7.8-html.tar.bz2

I seem to have built the HTML version of the manual (i.e. run
make-doc.sh) in a different directory than the one that I used to make
the distribution tarballs, so the current 0.7.8 html tarball contains
no HTML files. 

I should be able to fix this later today, after a colliding file times
out and is deleted on upload.sourceforge.net.
