Re: Official policy on LLM-assisted contributions

If there's no policy there is no commitment for contributors to clarify
important details - such as if a patch was generated by Claude and should
be subject to additional review. There is no implications for human
contributors and while malicious contributors can always lie,
good-intending contributors assisted by an LLM can label accordingly.
