Question about the "fix for non-elfinated platforms" - Prior to "Remove REQUIRED-FOREIGN-SYMBOLS" the only foreign symbols the C runtime would prelink were those determined by Genesis and stored in REQUIRED-FOREIGN-SYMBOLS.That list was written in stone.
