Yes, that should be more tolerable. I took note that there is a
sbcl.info consumer, too.

I do not immediately see the point of including the entire ANSI draft,
but autolinks are already made to CLHS (most visible in the PDF, where
external links are red). Also, I'm adding links to the relevant sections
of the CLHS (e.g. "CLHS `1.4.4.5`") while I'm converting the manual.
