It makes a lot of foreign calls to Pavel's C library "libresect" which in turn calls libclang. I have been running it on x86-64 Linux, but today I tried it on an Apple M2 and am having a strange problem. Running under Slime, it crashes with "illegal instruction: 4". Google suggested running it under lldb to debug the problem, so I did, and ... it runs to completion. Ooookaayyy, now what? I can slaughter a goat and make the required obeisances to coax macOS, in its infinite wisdom, into granting me a core dump; would that be of any use to you? Or is this maybe a known problem? What do you recommend? -- Scott --000000000000598c9906568bd527 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr"><div>Hi all,</div><div><br></div><div>I am working with Pa= vel Korolev's=20 Claw (Common Lisp Auto-Wrap; no relation to OpenClaw) FFI binding=20 generator.=C2=A0 It makes a lot of foreign calls to Pavel's C library= =20 "libresect" which in turn calls libclang.=C2=A0 I have been runni= ng it on=20 x86-64 Linux, but today I tried it on an Apple M2 and=20 am having a strange problem.=C2=A0 Running under Slime, it crashes with=20 "illegal instruction: 4".=C2=A0 Google suggested running it under= lldb to=20 debug the problem, so I did, and ... it runs to completion.</div><div><br><= /div><div>Ooookaayyy, now what?=C2=A0 I can slaughter a goat and make the required obeisances to= =20 coax macOS, in its infinite wisdom, into granting me a core dump; would=20 that be of any use to you?=C2=A0 Or is this maybe a known problem?=C2=A0 Wh= at do=20 you recommend?</div><div><br></div><div>-- Scott</div><div><br></div></div> --000000000000598c9906568bd527-- --===============3999461143945134431== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline --===============3999461143945134431== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ Sbcl-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sbcl-devel --===============3999461143945134431==--
