freeze for sbcl-2.6.7

Hi all,

Time to down tools and pick up different tools, eliminating regressions
and other embarrassing bugs for a release which I expect to do in the
early part of next week.  Thanks for all the development, and any
assistance with NEWS at this point would be very welcome.
