UFFI & CLSQL now support SBCL & OpenMCL

Today I uploaded versions of UFFI & CLSQL which fully support
SBCL. Earlier this month I integrated John Desoi's OpenMCL code into
UFFI and modified CLSQL so that it would also support OpenMCL.

I suspect that the next platform for UFFI & CLSQL will be either SCL
or CormanLisp.
