boolean types?

I asked about this on uffi-users, not sure if that was the right place.

Am I right that UFFI does not support booleans, or did I miss something?

 I am getting ready to start hacking a :boolean type into UFFI. I 
received the source of a package developed in CLisp which makes heavy 
use of CLisp converting between nil/t and 0/1. I want to port that to 
UFFI so it can run under other Lisps. I think the easiest way to go is 
to extend UFFI to pass booleans thru to AllegroCL and Lispworks and 
anyone else that supports booleans.

Does this make sense?
