I have incorporated patches by Reini Urban for Corman support. The
ASDF file is outdated -- it can simply try to load the regular files.

Reini said Corman's FFI was nearly identical to Allegro's, and he
supplied patches where there was variance. However, I don't use Corman
so I've never tried his patches.

Updated patches for Corman support will be welcomed.
