:module keyword on lispworks def-function

Hi,

Thus far I have only run the tests, so I might have missed something, but the 
UFFI Reference guide says that on lispworks, def-function requires 
the :module keyword. But it is not used in the test code def-functions, and 
things work for me. 

Also, the link on the homepage to the .pdf Reference Guide is broken.
